Social media is becoming more and more prominent in our lives - and provides a low-cost platform for organisations to speak to audiences they might not otherwise be able to reach. The goal of this course is to provide an introduction to those who are starting out in Social Media and would like the basics to help them on their way. This will provide a good grasp of social media etiquette, and how to oversee content curation, as well as introducing the key social media platforms.
