Passwords can be a bit tricky. On this site they have to be at least 7 characters long and include at least one number, one uppercase letter and one lowercase letter. A good method of choosing a password is to think of a phrase of three or four words that you will remember such as "My sister is Angela" (assuming your sister is named Angela) and convert the letter 'i' to 1, 'e' to 3, capitalise each word and then run the words together.
